The Bedfordshire Music Trust will be running three orchestral and three band courses between 2 - 7 April 2013.

The cost of the Youth, Second Orchestra and Concert Band Courses will be £95, Third Orchestra and Wind Band are £75. The Training Band Course is free. If you/your child would like to attend please complete the attached form and return it with the course payment to: Youth Music Easter Course, Bedfordshire Music Trust, 62 Sudeley Walk, Bedford MK41 8JJ. . Cheques should be made payable to Bedfordshire Music Trust. (Please note we are unable to reimburse your course fee if you cancel within two weeks of the start date of, or during, the course).
In cases of financial difficulty, the "Friends of Bedfordshire Youth Music" organisation may be able to support your application. The Friends are keen to help all those who might be eligible for financial support to attend the Youth Music courses (for full details, including new grants criteria and submission information, please visit www.fbym.org.uk/grants).

Transport: For those students who find it difficult to get to these courses there are a number of options. Please see the attached sheet. We are operating a lift share scheme and there are some public transport options from Bedford and Luton. Also, if there is enough demand, the Trust is planning to provide some transport from selected locations, for which there will be a charge. Please indicate on the application form overleaf if you are interested in using the transport offered and indicate which location. If you are travelling by car please indicate on the form whether or not you are happy for your contact details to be shared for the purposes of lift-sharing only.
Exam preparation: For those who have examinations in the summer term, we will provide a quiet room for study during breaks at Redborne and Alameda.
Please note the closing date for applications to the Easter Course is Friday 1 March 2013. Please apply early so that we can plan accordingly.
