Sing Up Bedfordshire receives high praise!
Bedfordshire Music's ground-breaking singing programme has received high praise from Sing Up, the national singing organisation, during an evaluation of the programme during the spring term.
Taking place in lower schools and with community groups at venues including the Meadow Way estate community centre in Leighton Buzzard and Project 229 in Kempston, a team of vocal specialists work with over 1800 children, young people and adults throughout the year.
Sing Up judged the programme to be outstanding for the imagination, skill and determination with which it had been devised and implemented, the sheer number and range of participants involved and for the quality of the activities and opportunities provided.
